Ordered for the first time three weeks ago and they had lots of items of out stock. They emailed me to say that I had $20 store credit and to email them my bank details if i wished for a refund instead, which I did. I have rung them over five times and left messages, even an sms where a lady responded to say it will be sorted. Here I am three weeks later with still no refund and no one ever returning my calls or emails. Incredibly unprofessional that I am wasting my time chasing up money that should have been promptly refunded. Will be contacting consumer affairs for a formal complaint. Unacceptable as they are so desperate for customers they keep your money to force you to shop there again. Incredibly disappointing and definitely not worth it.
