- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We booked the 4 night relax and retreat package which included daily breakfast, bike hire, 2 x spa treatments (heavenly), use of all facilities, daily yoga, a personal yoga lesson and deluxe accommodation nestled in the forest. We had such a wonderful time - very relaxing, fantastic food, room is amazing, wonderful staff. The breaky was lovely - only room for improvement is their coffee. We had coffee there each day and it is consistently not very good. No excuse for bad coffee these days. but that's the only criticism. We'll definitely be back. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We have come here every year and have noticed a decline in an array of things. First service around the pool area is bad, it takes forever for a waiter to serve you, the pool menu has changed where there are not as many tapas rather larger meals, prices have gone up across all food menus, noisy at the pool and rooms as it was school holidays, room air con had broke, maintenance guy woke us up at 9am the next morning so couldn't sleep in and the beds are hard and uncomfortable.By Laura Bedser, October 30, 2016
